Young athletes encounter a number of battles as they strive to balance their athletic pursuits with other aspects of their lives. Customized services are focused on building a champion’s mindset in the game, in the classroom, and in day to day life. Together, we will create a plan to eradicate barriers that affect the ability to flex emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual muscles. You will be taught how to build enduring strength. No matter how long the race, you will cross that finish line with the healing and tools you need to conquer life’s biggest challenges!

Another critical concern is how  athletes struggle emotionally when they are injured. 

 

During the healing process, stress can be exacerbated by inadequate mental health support. When a teen or college athlete is injured, a mental health therapist and therapeutic health and life coach can be invaluable in helping them heal. Therapy can assist the athlete in processing their emotions and developing coping strategies to manage the stress and frustration of being injured. They can also address any underlying mental health issues that may be contributing to the injury or making it more difficult to recover.  Therapeutic health coaching can work with the athlete to create a modified training plan that will help them maintain their fitness and skills while they recover. They can also provide guidance on nutrition, sleep, and other lifestyle factors that can impact the healing process. Integrating these services will provide the comprehensive support and guidance that an injured athlete needs to heal mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
