Marideth has worked with hundreds of young people throughout her 23-year career in mental health. She has extensive experience in working with individuals and conducting groups. Her Christ-centered passion allows Marideth to walk with people out of their comfort zone, and into their enduring strength and true identity. She values bringing laughter and joy into sessions to provide a comfortable and safe space.

Marideth has over 23 years of master’s level experience conducting individual, group, and family therapy in inpatient hospitals, homes, schools, outpatient clinics, and in community settings.

Work included/includes conducting mental health evaluations, writing behavior modification plans, crisis management, parent training, and consulting with multi-disciplinary staff including: psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists, occupational therapists, school professionals, and with other community agencies.

Marideth has worked with hundreds of children, adolescents, and young adults. Many of her clients are high-performing athletes who struggle with perfectionism, performance anxiety, eating disorders, unhealthy relationships, attention span, hyperactivity, authority issues, mood dysregulation, attachment trauma, adjustment issues with divorce or recent trauma, etc. Types of therapies include cognitive, cognitive-behavioral, behavioral, solution-focused, strengths perspective, attachment theory, dialectical behavior therapy, exposure therapy, etc. Behavior modification plans are also used consistently throughout treatment.
